Code

Code positions within Endrant come in two flavours - specialised and non-specific. We know some Programmers want to be specialised, focused on one field. But we also know that there are a growing number of you that have experience in a few areas and would like to work in a variety of areas to keep things interesting (especially as Agile practices allow for such flexibility)

Actively Seeking

Programming Roles

While we are not always actively seeking programmers for all positions we have the flexibility to hire the rare individuals who stand out from the crowd. If you think you can impress us with your skills and passion look through the following positions and send in your application.

Level of Experience

The experience requirements for Code Team positions.

Junior Programmer

To call someone junior is to say that they are new to their current role. This means time and attention needs to be given to them to learn as they go and have the resources they need available to succeed.

Programmer

Programmers can consistently produce code at a professional level of quality. They work efficiently in a team environment by contributing code that do not cause problems or disruptions with the build. They are self-motivated to solve problems.

Senior Programmers

Senior roles are given to those individuals who are exceptionally skilled within one or more areas of programming. Senior Programmers show a desire to help others learn and better themselves by finding new and better ways to produce effective code.

Lead Programmers

Lead roles are given to those employees with proven industry experience and strong leadership skills. Leads are given ownership over areas of the project or development process where multiple programmers are involved and a lead is required. Leads are responsible for the scheduling and quality of the code produced for their area.
